- All items are on pre-order basis unless stated [READY STOCK]
- No reservation, no refund, no exchange. Refund is only applicable if purchased item sold out.
- Wait at least 3-4 weeks after all orders are sent. If you can't wait, please do not place your order. If you need the item urgently, please do not place your order. As we can't give you a reply if you keep emailing us asking "when will I get the items" because that depends on the supplier. We can only make a payment when a supplier gives us the total amount. But please do not worry about the payment you made - if we cant get your items, we will definitely refund 100% of your payment to you.
- Customers will be blacklisted if confirmed orders are cancelled, or MIA.
- In the event of cancelling orders, after the items order has been made, you would have to pay a 'fine' to compensate our loss - 1/3 price of the item.
- All prices are fixed unless promotion. Negotiation of prices are not entertained.
- Item(s) price stated does not include postage fee/shipping fee from us to you.
- Payment must be made within a week upon order confirmation. Notify us after payment is made & attach receipt of payment.
- Do note that we will issue receipts upon payment.
- Please allow a maximum of 3 days for reply of emails.
- When placing orders, do fill in according to the order form given.
- A refund will be given if purchased item is 'out of stock'.
- All fees borne by buyers.
- We will not be liable for any item(s) lost or damaged during delivery (We have no control over it...).
- Do pay in full, or else your order will be carried forward to next spree.
